Warranty

We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it sometimes happens that an order breaks during transport or that something else happens, entitling you to a warranty claim. By law, you are obliged to report any defect to us within two months of its discovery. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.

Complaints

It can always happen that something doesn't go entirely as planned. We recommend that you first inform us of any complaints by emailing info@ollebolenmuis.nl. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to submit your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/kennisbank/consumenten/geschil/As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to submit complaints via the European Commission's ODR platform. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint has not yet been dealt with elsewhere, you are free to submit your complaint via the European Union platform.
